Canopy is pioneering a new way to live with the land. We started with a simple question:

“What world do we want to live in?” — then set out to create it. In Canopy, we blend research, technology, and local wisdom to rewild landscapes and the people who inhabit them. Residents will have access to hiking trails, agroforestry plots, ocean views, and sovereign-living infrastructure. The forest is filled with medicinal and food-bearing trees, forming a self-sustaining ecosystem designed to support life for generations. Right now, half of our 155-hectare property is thriving rainforest, while the other half was reforested last year in a design that mimics natural wilderness. We’ve seen incredible results—over 95% of the planted trees have survived. We define ourselves as a regenerative real estate project, meaning we create more life than we disrupt. We measure this through biodiversity monitoring, ensuring our development actively improves the land. The magic lies in abundance: wild fruits, nuts, and medicinal plants will sustain the community, proving regeneration is possible.
